We have our own parking lot, which was very important for us! Breakfast is varied, everything is delicious! The location is just chic, around meadows, mountains, lots of greenery, clean air.
Refrigerator is missing in the room.

The views from the hotel were breathtaking both from the bedroom and the dining room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was.very clean.
We felt that the food was poor. We had one evening meal at the hotel and it was of a very poor standard. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory, however it would have been nice to see fresh fruit instead of or as well as tinned along with a better selection of breads and cold meats.

The room was comfortable, bright and open. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by mountains and the sound of cowbells.
Some of the reception staff were not overly friendly and tried to get us to pay in dollars, not the local currency.

The rooms are a nice size here with a book and double bed and Mountain view. They serve full size breakfasts for all tastes with great views, yogurt and also pie. The hotel is based close to a train station. Every time in Wilderswil we stay in this venue.

The hotel was clean and had a typical swiss atmosphere. A very good location for going up into the mountains. Trainstation only a 10-15 minute walk away, from there you can catch a train to the Jungfrau. Interlaken easily reached by the free bus (line 5). You can get the free pass at the reception.
Expensive, not much value for money when compared to hotels located outside of Switzerland (but that goes for anything there, not only for this hotel).

The location, providing you have a car, is just fantastic. Very quite small village with good restaurants very close to INTERLAKEN. (just try the Luna Picante - excellent food and good wines). Nice breakfast with very polite hotel staff.
The temperature of the rooms (well above 23°C) was not really adequate with no possibility to modify it. Of coarse you can sleep with your window open but be prepared for the mosquitos and other insects. The swiming pool was not ready, the same aplies for the table tenis , etc, etc. The three small children (8 to 14 years old) had to stay in a separate room and had to pay as if they were adults.

Great place - corner room with 2 balconies to enjoy mountain views. Outstanding service - staff extremely helpful setting up Jungfrau trip for us. Hotel restaurant closed first night but gave us great tip for another a few minutes away. The included breakfast lacked for nothing and dinner was a chef's night off fondue kind of thing that sounded like a huge mistake (since it was the only choice!!) - it turned out to be highly memorable and exceptionally enjoyable. Our server for all meals only added to our dining experiences. Interlaken and train station for Jungfrau excursion only 10 minutes away.
Despite comments on dinner it may have been a bit pricey ($160 w/tip) although we'd probabaly do it again.
